If it takes more than 7 working days
If you gave us everything we asked for, had the optional call with us or skipped it, and your website is still not complete after 7 working days, your website is free. We refund the setup installments you paid, and we do not charge the second one.
If you change your mind before we start
Write to us before we begin building. We will refund your first installment in full. Once we have started building, we cannot refund work that is done, but we will tell you what is fair and refund the rest.
The second installment
The second installment is charged after we finish your website with you on the handover call. If you are not happy with the website on that call, tell us and we will fix it before you are charged.
Monthly plans
A monthly plan starts only when your website is live. To cancel, give us 30 days' notice after your term. We do not refund a period that has started.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
