A direct booking website for OwnerRez owners
Keep OwnerRez for your calendar and bookings. Add a booking website that is yours, connected to it.
How it connects
- We connect to OwnerRez through its API.
- OwnerRez says its API covers properties, bookings and price quotes. We read your properties, rates and availability from it.
- When a guest books, we check availability with OwnerRez through its API first, in under half a second.
What stays in OwnerRez
- Your properties, calendar and bookings stay in OwnerRez.
- You keep using the tool you already know for your day-to-day work.
What you get on your own site
- A custom booking website with your own design and your own address.
- Card payments that cost about 2.9% plus 30 cents, against a booking site's fee of about 15.5% on Airbnb.
- Prices and availability from OwnerRez, shown to guests on your site.
Who this is not for. If you are happy sending guests to your OwnerRez booking page and do not want a site of your own design, you may not need us.

Questions about OwnerRez
Do I have to leave OwnerRez?
No. You keep OwnerRez for your calendar and prices. Your new site sits on top of it, and your guests book on your site.
Do I need a certain OwnerRez plan?
Check with OwnerRez whether your plan includes access to its API, because that is how we connect. Ask us if you are not sure, and we will tell you what to look for.
Can two guests book the same dates?
Before a booking is taken, we check availability with OwnerRez through its API. No system can promise that nothing ever goes wrong, so ask us what is realistic for your setup.
Is OwnerRez's API finished?
OwnerRez says its API is stable at version 2 and that its documents are still changing. We set up the connection with you and check the details for your account.
Ask us what is possible
We can look at how you use OwnerRez and tell you honestly what your site can do with it. We do not promise results, because nobody honest can.
