- When a guest books, we check availability through the API first, in under half a second.

PriceLabs says it sends rates and minimum stays to your booking tool when you connect them. We read your rates from your booking tool through its API. Not every booking tool works with PriceLabs in the same way, so ask us about yours.
Does smart pricing make me more money?
We cannot promise that, and nobody honest can. It depends on your market and how you set your limits. We can look at your setup on a call and tell you what is realistic.
